ASF on FMX!
You can get more information about ASF or meet us - organizers and former students - at FMX 2010 from 4th to 7th of May in Stuttgart.
You can find us in the School Desks hall at the desk 1.9, or attend the ASF showcase by partner-schools representatives and former students on Tuesday 4th of May from 16:00 to 19:00.

URS is hitting it big!
URS, the graduation film of Moritz Mayerhofer who participated in Animation sans Frontiéres in 2008/09 is currently hitting animation film festivals and competitions worldwide.
Besides being screened at festivals all over the world including such renowned events as Mundos Digitales or Siggraph Asia, URS won several awards including the "Judge Award" as Best of Next International at the Melbourne Animation Festival, Best Academic work at the Festival Internacional de Cinema Jovem in Portugal as well as a Honorary Mention at the Prix Ars Electronica.
Moritz Mayerhofer studied Animation at the Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg from 2003 to 2009. He created a couple of award-winning shorts such as CAPs, The Christmas-Hitler and The Last Tree. In 2005 Moritz was a jury member of Zlín International Filmfestival (Czech Republic) and Roshd International Filmfestival (Iran), and was invited as a speaker at FMX 2006 and Computerspace Forum 2007.
To learn more about animation, design and layout he participated in an exchange program at Le Gobelins, Paris.
After his graduation with URS he now plans to develop a European feature film.
